Staff were all friendly and welcoming and Dr Emma made me feel at ease. She dealt just with the emergency problem I’d booked an appointment for although obviously seeing I had other work needed, but didn’t put any pressure on for me to get those things done. I will be back, and have booked another appointment already, and for someone who normally hates going to the dentist that’s saying something!
I have bitten the bullet and booked in for cosmetic dentistry after putting it off for many, many years. To date I've had a comprehensive consultation with Emily, felt very relaxed with her, at ease and have agreed to treatment within the next month. Emily comes across as totally professional, approachable and easy to relate to. The proof of the pudding will be in a few weeks time when treatment is complete.
For someone who literally hates visiting the dentist - I can’t thank the staff at Kreate Dental enough for making me feel at ease, explaining things thoroughly to me and most importantly, not coming away feeling like I’m being advised of dental work I may need just for the money aspect! I saw Dr Lee today and both he and his dental nurse (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name) were both so lovely! Also the blonde lady on reception and Lucia were very pleasant and so helpful too and provided me with a breakdown including costs of what needs to be done. Thank you for not sending me away a nervous wreck!
Great practice. Every member of staff is so friendly and helpful. Had a filling done today by Rimi and Brodie. Every step was explained to me as I’m a nervous patient and the process was quick and painless! Thank you both 🏼 also special shout out to Bonnie (my cousin) who I know works hard!
Probably the best dentists I've ever visited. The reception staff are lovely and the dentist sat down and explained everything to me which I've never experienced before! I imagine if you are a nervous patient they would really make you feel at ease. Highly recommend this dentist surgery
Really happy with my dental visits. Profession staff and always leave happy. However, the biggest compliment to Emma and Brodie is that my daughter who has significant special needs and has always been terrified of the dentist, is now finally happy to go and Emma has sorted her out from a girl who would not brush her teeth to now where she is happy to have them cleaned and looks after them herself. Thank you Emma, you’re amazing!
These guys are all amazing, from the lovely friendly ladies on reception to Dr Rimi and her lovely assistant. I had a hygiene clean today with Dr Rimi, and I have to say that she was so gentle with her cleaning that now all my anxiety has gone from visiting the dentist. Looking forward to my next visit.
Soon as I arrived and got into the dentist chair, any nerves disappeared and Emma made me feel so at ease the whole way through. The whole appointment Emma explained every single thing she was doing which made me feel calm. I was constantly asked how I was doing and Emma made sure I was okay throughout. I couldn’t recommend her enough. Loveliest dentist I’ve ever been to.

I have been using Kreate since they came in to the area for all things teeth and they provide an excellent service. The entire team are friendly, professional, hugely knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. The service provided by Emma and Brodie in the actual check ups is always first class.
I hate, or maybe now, USED to hate the dentist. I see Dr. Emma, and she is super friendly, apart from pulling my teeth out... she makes me feel super relaxed before we even get started, and then when she does, she constantly checks in with you to ensure you are ok. I visit as a private patient and don't think the prices are too unreasonable either.
Dentist was extremely friendly and very good with my young son as was his assistant. Reception staff were also really friendly and gave hun stickers. He loves going to the dentist now!

This once-rundown small local dentist has been transformed by Mihir Shah into a smart contemporary practice with a wide range of services and great staff. They fit me in this morning at short notice and dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently. Most friendly, too.
I had an appointment with the Hygienist, Sorry I cannot remember her name but she was lovely, made me feel so at ease, no injections like I had previously, no sensitive teeth or after affects, thank you.

I had a check up and saw the dentist and hygienist. Thankfully all was good. Ben, the dentist was calming, not that I needed it. Very through. The hygienist was excellent. A very good job done. All staff as usual were polite and exceptional. The total cost was a surprise. More expensive than I expected? I'm sure this is what stops people from visiting dentists? This is so important for health.
My first appointment was handled with such care, patience and overall excellence. I felt heard and not judged. Really grateful for how friendly everyone was, and shout out to the reception staff for creating a warm waiting area!
I had my wisdom tooth removed with Dr Bizhan Shokouhi and couldn’t be more impressed with the procedure. He clearly explained the process, what to expect and the procedure was as painless as possible.
I had a root canal by Taison and Bonnie. They took great care and the process was painless! Really friendly and professional

I was initially very nervous as had not visited the dentist for 5 years. Rimi was absolutely brilliant, put me at ease straight away. She was so professional and explained everything as we went along. Bonnie was also very lovely and professional with a lovely calming voice that also put me at ease. I am looking forward to having a more confident smile as my treatment progresses. The building is so clean and the reception staff were also very friendly.
I have been scared of visiting a dentist since a child. I had my first appointment with Emma a couple of months ago, she put me at ease straight away, very warm and kind which made me feel better instantly. I’ve had a few things done now, all entirely painless! Emma has also gone above and beyond and seen me for some Emergency appointments with short notice which I’ve been so grateful for! All in all a fantastic experience and I have recommended Kreate to everyone already!
I came to the surgery yesterday, cam I first of all say the reception staff are amazing and so friendly. The dentist was amazing and made me feel at ease. Could not recommend a better dentist practice.
My son has been coming to Kreate since just after his 1st birthday & he’s now 6. They have always been so polite and friendly, and I’ve never had any issues. My son sees Emma & more recently he’s seen Ben. Both are so nice, and he’s been completely relaxed with them both. I would throughly recommend.
We had a wonderful visit to Kreate dental today, from the moment we arrived the receptionists were friendly and helpful and the dentist we saw, was so lovely she took her time to make the children feel comfortable and at ease! A fantastic practice. would highly recommend.

Everthing was explained in great detail and I was impressed with the service, from reception, hygienist to dentist. No problem with car parking.I would definitely recommend this practice.

I'm really happy with Kreate Dental. They really went over and beyond my expectations. Thank you so much Mira. Super Legend! I hadn't been to the Dentist for many Years and felt really self conscious about my teeth. It's was all good vibes as soon as I stepped in. The Receptionists had great energy. I had a quick chat with Dr. Mihir Shah who reassured me I was all good and referred me to Mira Michel. Mira made me feel really comfortable and explained every step of the procedure and it was all done in no time. Couldn't be happier. Amazing work.
Called for an emergency appointment, receptionist was very understanding and helpfull and arranged an appointment with Emma today, arrived with a very painful mouth, came out feeling so much better, only a temporary fix for now, but I have no hesitation about returning for my follow up appointment, would definitely recommend Emma, she explains everything she is doing step by step, and continually makes sure that you are feeling ok. Would definitely recommend this practice.
Had to go in for both a check up and the first stage of my root canal, although my anxiousness was extremely high the staff were perfectly understandable and did everything within their power to help make the appointments as calming as possible. My second appointment went as well as the staff were able to accommodate due to no fault of their own, the immediate care was outstanding and they have helped calm my dental anxiety.
I don't usually leave reviews but I need to this time. I had pain in a front tooth for 2 weeks over Christmas and was absolutely terrified I'd lose my tooth. I had an emergency appointment with Dr Rimi Gill today. I was in an absolute blubbering mess but she was the kindest, most patient dentist I've ever seen. Her assistant Brodie was lovely too. They reassured me and explained everything. I now feel much better and am more confident that if anything was wrong with my tooth it would be sorted out. Thank you so much!
Wowed on my first visit. Appointment had to be moved around a little bit but was proactively contacted by the wonderful Lucia who kept me informed and gave me options. On arrival Lucia was extremely friendly and talked me through all the treatment options, services they offer and ways to pay. Honestly think she's the friendliest dental receptionist I've spoken to. Emma (and her dental nurse Beth) were fantastic. Emma made me feel very much at ease very quickly on arrival. I have a history of anxiety at the dentist and quite a lot of treatment to be done but Emma took time, care and attention and explained everything to me, have me time to answer questions and was extremely transparent on price. Every member of staff was extremely friendly and said hello and made me feel welcome. Having spent last year at a great (but v expensive) Harley Street practice, can honestly say so far that Kreate has exceeded all expectations and I'll be sticking with them for the foreseeable.
I came to Kreate Dental for the first time a couple of years ago for a filling and was treated by Dr Emma, who I remain with today. It is always so quick and easy to get an appointment. Emma is lovely, talks you through everything and always makes you feel at ease. All of the staff are amazing at what they do and the receptionists are always so welcoming and lovely. I have since gone on to have other treatments (including invisalign) and can’t imagine going anywhere else. I now live in London however I always come back to Kreate. I used to dread going to the dentist before I came to Kreate however now I look forward to my appointments!
